For more than forty years, the Watts Towers Art Center (WTAC) has nurtured both
young and established artists in all mediums, while providing a creative hub
in the surrounding community. The Center is the focus of "Fertile Ground," featuring Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who introduces a group of artists and community members whose spirit and dedication to the Center have contributed greatly to its success and its dynamic history.
